We may use contact, account, cart, order, favorite, receipt, and tax data when necessary to operate the service.

We use data to process orders, answer requests, coordinate deliveries, validate payments, and manage support.
Information security
Prodacom applies reasonable safeguards to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure. The site must use HTTPS, and data access is limited to authorized personnel and required processes. No Internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security.
Card payments and Azul
Card payments are processed on the third-party Azul payment page. Customers enter their card details directly into Azul; Prodacom sends the order data required to start payment and receives the transaction result.
Prodacom does not receive or store the full card number, CVV/CVC, or expiration date entered on Azul. Azul states that its payment solutions are PCI DSS certified. Processing by Azul is also governed by its own policies and terms.
Customer requests
Customers may request review, correction, or updates to their data when applicable.
